The multi-service Mount Pleasant Civic Centre provides a number of hosting opportunities. Its full-size gymnasium, large fitness centre, dance studio, and multi-purpose rooms with kitchen offer ample facilities for sport, training, and event needs.
One of the signature venues of the 2010 Winter Games is the Vancouver Olympic/ Paralympic Centre will be the home of competition curling events. Post 2010, the venue will be converted to include an ice rink, curling club and aquatic centre.
