Rotary Stadium and Track offers a fenced 400 meter rubberized 8-lane track, a grass in-field, grand-stand seating for 4,000, a Public Address system, timing tower, a fieldhouse(complete with meeting room), plus six changing rooms, referees room, and first aid room. An additional building houses public washrooms and a concession for food services.
Abbotsford has both the facilities and the necessary technical experts to host local, provincial and national athletics championships. The Jane and Gerry Swan track located at Rotary Stadium is rated as one of the best in British Columbia. An excellent track, superior equipment and fabulous volunteers have been instrumental in the securing of major events like the 2007 and 2008 Canadian Junior Athletic Championships. The Valley Royals Track & Field Club have produced some of Canada's premier athletes and is committed to the continued development of athletes through hosting events at all skill and age levels.
Rotary Stadium and Track is located on the grounds of the Abbotsford Exhibition Park, a world class 75-acre park which boasts a wide variety of indoor and outdoor facilities, including ball diamonds, playing fields, a track & field stadium and BMX track.
