The Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre (AESC) is a brand new 8,500 seat multi-purpose facility featuring an NHL-size ice arena.

In addition to hockey, the AESC is capable of hosting a myriad of sporting events including figure skating, basketball, volleyball, wrestling and gymnastics

The AESC has a three level building design which consists of an event/ice level , a main concourse level, and the suites level which ensures maximum building usage and flexibility for show operators, spectators and event loading requirements.

The event level has a functional back-of-house layout for public and performer spaces, with open and secure storage areas; north and south loading access points for simultaneous loading and unloading; operation, maintenance and mechanical areas; two adjustable loading doors with direct drive on access.

Event space includes production office space; two private dressing rooms with separate showers; green room; four team dressing rooms; pro hockey dressing room and offices that include a player support area; training room; game dressing area with separate showers; and coaching offices. Performance space is configured with entertainment lighting and rigging capability for speakers, draping and extra specialty lighting.

The concourse level has a large, open concourse area which allows the general public ease of movement with flow through seating, washrooms and concession services. Front of House space includes administration offices, box office with six ticket windows, general seating for 7,000, along with 300 club seats.

Twenty-two Luxury Suites with 8, 10 or 12 seats are available on the suites level.
