Butler Park

Butler Park is a premium baseball facility which has a 1,000 seat covered grandstand. Up to 3,000 additional bleacher seats can be added to surround the natural grass field.

The field is fully lit for televised games and has hosted large baseball events, such as the 1995 Senior Babe Ruth World Series, and the 2010 Western Canadian Senior Baseball Championships.

With full sized team dressing rooms, a press box and media rooms, Butler Park plays like a miniature sized major league facility. The park is home to the 2009 BC Men's Senior Championship team, the Trail Orioles, as well as the Trail Jays of the American Legion League Butler Park.

Located across the Columbia River from downtown Trail, Butler Park is part of a two square block sporting complex which is also home to the Trail Aquatic and Leisure Center and the Butler Park tennis facility.

Trail has a deep love for baseball and a history that runs deep. It is the home of Jason Bay, the 2004 National League Rookie of the year, current member of the Boston Red Sox and star of Canada's World Baseball Classic team.
