Esquimalt Recreation Centre, renovated in 2004, boasts 4,500 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment, a 25 metre lap pool, plenty of natural light, and various multi purpose rooms with the capacity to hold 300 people.

The centre is adjacent to both the Archie Browning hockey arena and curling rink, and Bullen Park natural turf field and lacrosse box. The township of Esquimalt is a quick five minute drive to downtown Victoria with its numerous amenities and attractions.
