Hosting BC Grant Program
The Province of BC through the Ministry of Community, Sport and Cultural Development invests in event hosting and the Hosting BC program to facilitate sport, economic, social, and community development. This builds on the success of the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, maintaining BC’s profile and reputation as an exceptional major event host.
Hosting BC has invested nearly $4 million since 2004 in sporting events in communities throughout the province, building B.C.'s reputation as a prime sport hosting destination.
Applications for Hosting BC Funding are now being accepted. Click here to access the online application form. The deadline for the current intake is April 1, 2013.
Successful recipients of Hosting BC funding for past intakes are listed in the documents found in the column on the right.
Grant Recipients from previous intakes can submit the Final Report by filling out the online form. Once completed your final grant installment will be issued.
