The new Port Moody Recreation Complex has the capacity to showcase sport performance and support team training needs in one convenient location. Athletes and spectators have barrier-free access to all training and sport areas in the venue, including an NHL-size ice surface, an International size ice surface, curling centre, 5,400 sq. ft. fitness centre, 2 gymnasiums, spinning and aerobic studios, indoor running track, outdoor multi-sport turf field and fieldhouse, physiotherapy and massage clinic, tennis courts, trail systems, whirlpool, sauna and steam rooms. Executive meeting rooms and multi-media presentation services support team and event management, enhancing quality and efficiency to your sport hosting needs.
