The Prince George Aquatic Centre is a national standard facility that will meet all of your hosting and training needs. Swimming, diving, synchronized swimming and water polo can be accommodated within this facility with several options for size. The design of the facility allows flexibility to host several different types of events including short and long course swimming events.
The facility is centrally located just minutes away from all other amenities and is also complimented with a second aquatic facility just a short drive away. The facility includes:
- 8 lanes, 52m in length with 2 movable bulkheads
- 6 change rooms, showers, 4 washrooms
- Timing room and timing equipment
- Movable floor in shallow end of main tank
- Dive tank includes two–1m and two–3m spring boards, 5m, 7.5m, and 10m diving towers
- Sparger and surface rippler in dive tank
- P/A system
- Fitness facility, meeting rooms, sauna, steam room, hot tub
- Leisure pool with a lazy river
- Wheelchair accessible
- Concession
- Unlimited parking
- Seating for 300 deck side
