The 50m eight lane pool with is equipped with starting blocks, 1 metre and 3 metre diving boards and a 5 metre diving tower. The outer walls open up to allow fresh air into the pool area and allows spectators a chance to enjoy the summer sunshine.

Next to the competition pool is a leisure pool with a 300 metre water slide, saunas, steamrooms and whirlpools. This community centre also includes a 3800 square foot fitness facility, complete with cardio and weight training equipment, and an aerobics studio. The double wide gymnasium has two full sized basketball courts, and four volleyball courts. It can also be used for a variety of other sports including gymnastics, martial arts and tennis. There is no permanent seating in the main pool area, but portable bleachers are on site that can seat up to 80 people.

There are also two meeting rooms and conference/board rooms.
